A Pre-Sale Building Inspection is carried out before putting the property in the market, giving you a full picture of the property’s current condition.
- Know and Understand the Property’s Condition
Before selling your property, you should check the current condition to avoid any surprise from the purchasers and real estate agents. Also, you should be aware of issues that may affect your sale and take remedial action if necessary to maximise the sale.
- Prepare for the Sale
We recommend a Pre-Sale Building Inspection 2 to 4 weeks prior to listing to correct any issues or maintenance and update the report if necessary.

- Same Day Turnaround
Our standard turnaround time for Pre-Sale Building Inspection reports is the same day of the inspection. This gives the seller time to remedy any negative issues that might affect the sale price.
